❄️ Another Mitsubishi Heavy Industries installation completed! 🔥

We recently installed a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 8.5kW multi-split system to provide year-round heating and cooling throughout this property.

🏠 Hallway – 5.0kW MHI unit
Installed with a Mini Lime condensate pump, with the unit positioned in the hallway to help distribute cool air into all of the bedrooms across the top floor.

☀️ Conservatory – 3.5kW MHI unit
We installed a dedicated 3.5kW unit in the conservatory, keeping the space cool during the warmer months and providing efficient heating through winter.

Both indoor units are connected to a single 8.5kW MHI outdoor unit, keeping the external installation neat while allowing independent control of each area.

⚡ All electrical works were also completed by us, providing the full installation from start to finish.

Another recent installation completed! ❄️🔥

We installed a 3.5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Premium system in this extension.

With the amount of glass, windows and skylights in the room, the space struggled to stay warm during the winter and quickly became too hot in the summer. ☀️🥶

Air conditioning is the perfect solution — providing efficient heating throughout the colder months and powerful cooling when summer arrives, all from one system.

A commercial project we completed a couple of weeks ago, transforming the air conditioning and ventilation setup ready for the space to be put to use. ❄️🔥

We installed 2 x 8kW Samsung ducted systems, connected via a refnet, along with all associated ductwork and ventilation.

The ventilation system included:
🔹 4 extract points – one for each changing room
🔹 2 fresh-air supplies feeding the ducted systems
🔹 Electric battery heater – automatically activates when the incoming fresh air drops below 12°C, preventing cold air from being supplied into the space
🔹 New grilles fitted throughout

This was completed in stages, with the systems and ductwork first fixed, before returning once the project had progressed to install the grilles, complete the final connections and fully commission everything.

We also incorporated a last-man-out shutdown, meaning the entire air conditioning and ventilation system shuts down when the building is closed. The system is also interlocked with the fire alarm, ensuring the AC and ventilation shut down automatically in the event of a fire alarm activation. 🚨

A lot of work above the ceilings on this one — the finished result keeps everything clean and discreet while providing effective heating, cooling, fresh air and extraction. 👌

❄️ 2.5kW wall-mounted unit installed in the bedroom with Mini Line trunking for a clean, tidy finish.
💻 2.0kW wall-mounted unit installed in the home office.

Another happy customer! ❄️

We recently installed a 2.5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall-mounted air conditioning system in this loft conversion.

Rather than fitting the standard size, we upsized the unit to 2.5kW so it could also help cool the office on the landing, which gets particularly warm during the summer months. This gives the customer improved comfort across both spaces.

Due to the outdoor unit not being permitted on the external wall because of the public walkway, we rerouted the pipework and installed the condenser in the customer’s rear garden, providing a neat installation while complying with the site restrictions.

As a bonus, we even had the Goodyear Blimp fly directly overhead while we were on site—a pretty rare sight and definitely something that made the day even more memorable! ✈️🎈
