Job completed in Norden alongside SJM Build . Tasked to open up the flat roofed dormer which was cold and drafty and extend it across the front elevation to increase the size and make it a properly functioning bathroom. Job was all done to building regulations adding additional sockets, plastered in spotlights and fully insulated everywhere! Fully replastered everywhere making this a fresh and modern space which the customer absolutely love! Job was completed in 5 weeks as we kept on schedule which was estimated between 4 to 6 weeks.

Job completed alongside SJM Build in Accrington. Tasked with full rip out back to brick, install damp membrane, fully re-boarded and skimmed, tile the floor, then install kitchen. Just need to go back once worktops/backsplash are installed to fit a couple of wall units and the tap. Customer was over the moon with the transformation 👍

Its been a tough week let's just say. Access was a struggle and being tall the back has took a hit but we got there in the end. 50mm Kingspan added, boarded and skimmed making this area a great space.
