🏡 4 BED HMO COMPLETE! 🔑✅

Another project across the finish line! 💪

This one took a lot of prep, planning and hard work behind the scenes to get it to this stage 😂🙌

Always a great feeling seeing everything come together and another property ready to go! 📈🏡

On to the next one… 🚀

Another project underway! 🏠🎨

We’re starting right at the top floor and working our way all the way down to the bottom, giving the whole property a complete transformation.

Here’s a little snippet from the top and middle floors to show you where we’re at so far. Plenty more to come as we work our way through the rest of the property.

Keep an eye out for the finished results 👀🔥

Upstairs — COMPLETE ✅🙌

And just like that… the upstairs is DONE! 🏠✨

After finishing the downstairs and moving upstairs for the next stage of the transformation, we can finally say it’s all complete. 🔨

The landing, panelling, doors, flooring and staircase have all come together to create a completely different space — and we’re absolutely buzzing with the finished result. 🔥

It’s been a big transformation from start to finish, with plenty of hard work and attention to detail along the way.
