Evening Everyone. This is a quick awareness post to show how important it is that you get your boiler serviced EVERY YEAR this Baxi 630 was installed 3 years ago and hasn't been serviced resulting in a blocked condensate trap.
Because of the the waste water from the combustion process was unable to drain resulting in the boiler main burner and heat exchanger filling up with water and it has broken down.

Unfortunately due to the extensive amount of water damage to the burner and heat exchanger the boiler was unable to be repaired resulting in needing a new boiler.

Below i have attached some photos of the boiler and what it should look like.

I have now fitted a new Baxi 830 Combi boiler for the customer with a amazing
⭐10 YEAR WARRANTY ⭐
To prevent this happening you should get your boiler serviced every year.
When i service a boiler i will strip down all the key components of the boiler clean everything and replace any seals needed for piece of mind.
ALSO you will get a yearly reminder from GasSafe and myself reminding you that a service is due so you never have to worry about forgetting.

Another one bites the dust!!

Quite literally on this beautiful bathroom transformation in Risca

The job ended up needing a full gutt job including ;

⭐hacking off of blown render
⭐Adjusting,leveling and reinforcing the floor
⭐New floorboards
⭐dot and dabbing walls
⭐new reinforced celing
⭐Tiling all around
⭐Tiling floor
New door and frame
⭐New skirting
⭐New architrave
⭐New coving
⭐Bath out shower tray in
⭐Full new 1st fix
⭐New basin + toilet combined units
⭐New traditional radiator
⭐New traditional shower
⭐All caulked and siliconed

I am extremely happy with this beautiful transformation see the photos at the end for the finished project

More importantly the customers are delighted with they stunning new suite.

Its been such a nice project. A pleasure to work for such amazing customers in their beautiful house
