🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ LAND’S END TO JOHN O’GROATS — HERE WE GO! 🇬🇧

Our good friends Sophia Dixon-Cave and Alex are taking on the HUGE challenge of cycling Land’s End to John o’Groats to raise money for Asthma + Lung UK. 💙

We joined them at the weekend for part of the challenge and completed 240km over the weekend ourselves! 🚴‍♂️💨

And while 240km was more than enough to remind us that we actually have legs… 😂 Sophia and Alex are carrying on with the full challenge!

Their dedication is absolutely brilliant, and it’s fantastic to see them pushing themselves to raise money for such a worthwhile cause. 👏

As Mental Health Week starts next week, it’s a good reminder that life can feel a lot at times for people of all ages.
Just like young ducklings following along behind, we all need guidance, patience and people around us who care. 🦆

We need good role models, space to make mistakes, and the reassurance that friends and family are there for us when things feel difficult.

Three simple things that can help:

• Check in on someone properly , a simple conversation can mean a lot.
• Get outside and slow life down for a bit of fresh air helps clear the mind.
• Don’t be afraid to ask for help or support when you need it.

Be kind to yourself and others. We’re all figuring life out as we go along.

Family Holidays

Sometimes in the middle of the busy weeks, long days, and constant rush, it’s easy to forget what really matters.
