PROJECT CODNOR 🏡 | COMPLETED 2023
It’s always good seeing one of our old projects pop back up — especially when it still looks this good three years later.
Project Codnor was a full renovation completed by Lillie Building Company in 2023, with the heart of the project being the creation of this huge open-plan kitchen, dining and family space.
We completely reworked the rear of the property to create a bright, modern space designed around everyday family life — opening everything up, bringing in loads of natural light and creating a proper connection out into the garden.
The project included a large open-plan kitchen/diner/family room, rooflight and extensive glazing, new kitchen installation and finishes, separate utility room, downstairs WC, internal alterations and a full renovation throughout.
And now, three years later, Project Codnor is on the market.
There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing work we completed years ago photographed again and knowing it’s still doing exactly what it was designed to do.
