Small company. Big responsibility.

This photo was taken recently on a Kier site and serves as a reminder of how proud we are to work alongside some of the UK's leading contractors.

For me, the Manager's player award should go to the player who has the biggest impact in a squad, on and off the pitch. For me that is a player who is there at every training session, available for all the matches and of course who delivers consistently impressive performances on the pitch. But it's also more than that. It's someone who spots when a player is down and consoles them, it's the player who takes the equipment and offers lifts to others. It's the player who knows when to crack a joke, but also isn't afraid to express their honest feelings. It's a player who has a club and team first attitude and though so many players in this squad demonstrate many of those qualities, one player really stands out for me who has been so consistent on and off the pitch all season. It's a player who has been with the club a long time, who said to me pre-season, "I'll play anywhere for you, just don't ever make me play centre back!". My Manager's Player for this season is our amazing centre back, Beth Parker!! - Nick Edgar
