Us, trying not to think about the amount of damaged Fire Doors we're going to have to repair, because companies have wedged them open during the heatwave 🤦‍♂️

Remember folks, Fire Doors CAN be propped open to allow air flow, BUT not with things like string, cable ties, chairs, bags and (ironically) fire extinguishers!

Today is day, and we couldn’t let it pass without giving a shout out to our wonderful FM Kelly Wheeler!

Kelly has been with us from 2017 and works tirelessly every day to ensure our operation is running smoothly, with tasks including sending quotes to customers and planning schedules for the team on the ground – managing our workload efficiently to the needs of our clients.

Speaking about her time at Fire Door Specialists, Kelly said “It can be stressful at times with deadlines to hit and making sure all the products the team require arrive on site on time, especially with those venues that require their work to be carried out outside of their opening hours.

“I love it though; I thrive off of that pressure because I know that we’re all working towards the same goal – ensuring the job is done right first time for our clients.

“One of the best feelings for me over the years is repeat business, when a customer comes back because they know you [as a business] offer quality, that’s really pleasing.”
