💚 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 💚

When was the last time you really asked someone how they were doing?

With World Mental Health Day taking place this weekend, it's a timely reminder of how far a simple conversation can go. Whether it’s a colleague, friend or family member, taking the time to check in, listen and be there for someone can make a real difference.

You don't need to have all the answers – sometimes simply being there to listen is enough.
