🏗️ South View Project Update

The structure is really beginning to take shape, with the bulk of the downstairs steelwork now installed to form the new kitchen extension and support the first-floor balcony.

The timber joists are now being fitted within the steel frame, helping to define the new space and bringing the design to life. Next week, we progress with further steelwork to form the next floor and gables.

Bespoke Oak Staircase & Handrail 🪵

We’ve been busy this week crafting a fully bespoke oak staircase and handrail, designed and made specifically for this property.

Every detail has been custom-built to suit the space, and it’s already bringing real character and warmth into what is becoming a spectacular hallway. The natural oak is transforming the feel of the interior and setting the tone for the rest of the home.

This one’s a made-to-measure wardrobe run with shaker-style doors and deep drawer banks, designed around the client’s storage needs and finished with clean, sharp lines throughout. Built in sections, installed tight to the walls/ceilings, and prepped ready for the final finish.
