I don’t do Saturdays usually these days but just finished up this canopy.
It evolved as we went on but happy how it turned out.

Just revisited a small under stairs toilet job we created before Xmas.
Didn’t seem possible at the time but there always a way.
Turned out nice.

Been working on this bathroom the last few days.
Removed the existing bath
Installed a shower cubical with thermostatic rainfall shower and shower panels.
Tiled the floor where the original bath was to match the existing floor.
shower panels behind the bath and around the sink.
installed a free standing shorter bath and floor standing bath tap.
It’s totally transformed the room.

Thought I’d share a few pics of a mid terrace loft we did earlier this year.
Originally the loft hatch was 400x300mm,
so we opened it up to allow a staircase in a confined area.
It was pitch black with a 100 years of soot cobwebs etc. (as most are)
The customer only wanted one largish Velux roof window which made a huge difference.
Strengthened the floor and boarded while the stairs where being made off site.
First fix electrics
Insulated and plasterboarded
With fire boards both ends.
We then built the stairs up in place.
Stud walls built.
Plastered.
Second fix electrics.
Created a bulkhead for underneath the stair case with under stair storage and a full height entrance door to the loft.
Huge difference to a previously unusable loft.
Job done👍
