Recent kitchen transformation designed & fitted by us using . Removal of dividing wall opening up kitchen to make a light practical space, garage door moved to centre of wall to allow breakfast bar area, rewired, boiler housed in tower units, new radiator, replastered & old kitchen sink & worktop moved into garage to create utility area.

Something a little different today, Client gets occasional flood so wanted a better solution than sandbags, solution was 5mm aluminium plate with a 25mm neoprene gasket to seal against roughcast & M10 stud set in resin with wingnuts to clamp in place.
