Part 2 - 🏠🧱✨ If you’ve seen our previous video, you’ll know just how far this stunning Edwardian property has come.

We removed the paint from the lower half, restored the original brickwork and re-pointed it in a traditional penny roll finish. We also reinstated a natural lime mortar plinth before completing a full external redecoration of the masonry and wood work.

A huge transformation, carried out with care to preserve the character and craftsmanship of the property. 🧱🏡

🏠🧱✨Part one - We are removing the paint on this Edwardian property in Wimbledon and carrying out restoration works to the brick work including re-pointing in natural lime mortar and brick changes. We are also carrying out full external decoration to the masonry and woodwork.

🧱✨We have now completed this stunning restoration project in Dulwich.

The façade has been beautifully restored. This project was about more than just more than kerb appeal.

Using traditional lime mortar allows the building to breathe as it was originally designed to, helping moisture escape naturally and protecting the long-term structural integrity of the property. A restoration that not only looks right, but performs the way it should for generations to come.
