This popular pub in Prestatyn North Wales underwent a huge renovation with the complete roof being removed.

We created 2 large bedrooms and 2 en-suites from wasted loft space by installing a new bespoke trussed roof with new roof lights and slate finish.
New windows, full external and internal renovations and adaptions to the layout created new usable accomadation to the upper floors.
