Project Completion – St Brides Road, Wick ✅

We’re proud to share the successful completion of decoration works at St Brides Road, Wick by the RYDEC team.

Working on behalf of our long standing client, this project was delivered in partnership with Wales & West Housing, Welsh Government and the Vale of Glamorgan Council to help provide 17 brand new high-quality homes for the local community.

Our team carried out the full internal decoration package, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout the development. It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that support sustainable housing and strengthen local communities.

The development comprises four three-bedroom homes, and it has been a pleasure to play our part in delivering these high quality properties.

We are delighted to have been instructed on the completion of these 1 and 2-bedroom apartments in Cardiff by a new client.

Following dissatisfaction with the previous decorating contractor, we have been appointed to take over the works and bring all 31 of the apartments and communal areas up to the standard expected.

We look forward to delivering a high-quality finish and ensuring the project is completed professionally and efficiently.

NEW CONTRACT AWARD 🆕👷🚧

Thrilled to announce we have been awarded the painting and tiling contract for the redevelopment of this Grade II listed Victorian building for our existing client Yourspace Projects in partnership with Cardiff Community Housing Association.

The redevelopment of 9-22 Moira Terrace in Adamsdown, owned by CCHA, will turn the ground floor into eight commercial units accessible from Moira Terrace and the first and second floors into 20 one and two-bedroom apartments.

We are ready to hit the ground running with mistcoats commencing this Friday!

Project Completion - Eagle House, Port Talbot ✅

Proud to share a look at our recently completed painting project at Eagle House delivered in partnership for Castell Group and Tai Tarian.
Spread across five floors, this impressive new development includes 18 modern flats along with ground-floor space designed for offices or retail.

With a tight deadline and a demanding schedule, this one truly required all hands on deck and our team rose to the challenge.

We couldn’t be prouder of the quality, commitment and teamwork that went into bringing this project to life. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Great to see the tiling now underway by our team on a local affordable housing project in Tylorstown. 🧱
This development, led by Beacon Cymru Group (formerly Rhondda Housing Association), consists of 18 affordable homes on East Street, including family homes, to meet local housing demand.
