Due to the continued growth of Taylor's Property Lettings, we are looking for a Lettings Manager to help manage our ever-growing property portfolio.
Role Responsibilities: • Managing residential rental properties
• Carrying out property inspections and inventories
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Organizing maintenance and repairs
• Managing tenancy paperwork and compliance
• Arranging viewings and handling inquiries
Requirements: • Previous lettings or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Full UK driving license preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation is an advantage
