Project Blackborough Road, Reigate 🏡

In February 2023, we began phase 1, renovating the first floor. There was then a small break before starting work on the ground floor in summer 2023. Working closely with Reigate-based , this commanding property was transformed with a spectacular ground-floor extension and thorough internal renovation.

Our client opted for a bespoke kitchen, utility and joinery package which was crafted by Marcin and our highly skilled team at our workshop facility in Poland.

Keen for a warm and efficient home with low running costs, our client opted for the Canterwood Renewables package. We installed a solar array and air source heat pump. Our client now benefits from running all the energy in their home from the installed solar panels and the heating is powered by the air source heat pump.

All in all, this was a thoroughly enjoyable project which Canterwood are proud to have delivered.

At the front of the property, solar panels were carefully positioned to maximise energy generation, while at the rear, the new loft dormers were clad in zinc, creating a clean, contemporary finish.

Chosen for both its durability and sustainability credentials, zinc is fully recyclable without any loss of quality, making it an ideal material for a home designed with environmental responsibility in mind.

Inside the pantry...

As part of a recent home renovation in Reigate, the ground floor was thoughtfully reconfigured to create a beautifully crafted kitchen complete with this bespoke pink pantry.

Tucked behind an elegant archway, the space has been carefully designed to bring both practicality and order to everyday living. Open shelving provides a home for neatly stored ingredients, while storing appliances here helps keep the main kitchen calm and uncluttered.

Every element of the joinery was handcrafted and installed by the Canterwood team, creating a space that is as functional as it is beautiful.
