Nice little one over the past couple days.
Previous slate roof was too shallow a pitch even if the previous contractor didnt cut the easyslate jointing strips in half, no lay boards sending the grp roof up under the slates and none of the slates laid correctly on the battens.. all leading to a very poor and very leaky roof.
Stripped back to main timbers and installed new structural OSB3 deck and topped with RESTEC Flexi-tec 2020 system complete with a 20 Year guarantee.
Flexitec system allows us to prime and cover almost any surface including felt, concrete, metal and much more meaning its perfect product for almost any scenario.

Another chimney rebuild complete with new custom lead tray, aprons,saddles and flashings all round.
Carrying the rubble down and materials up the scaffold was certainly hard work during a heatwave but luckily plenty of cold refreshing drinks supplied by the customer.
We carry out all our own custom leadwork in house ensuring perfect fit and sensible prices all round.
