'The Nest' isn't a baby group: it's your space, your time and your way of making maternity leave better.

Every week, Nesters take 90 minutes out of their week to talk, chat, share, laugh, question and rant.

You listen to one another.
Validate one another.
Have the 'me too! ' moments that make you feel less alone.

Week on week, your friendships build.

The greeting of 'how old is your little one' gets replaced with the remembered specific questions about jabs, or house moves, or sleep issues that remind you that you're part of the crew.

This mat is the place for laughter, anger, confusion and joy. Your crazy journeys bring you together - your willingness to share them is what cements the friendships.

Everyone is new once. It doesn't last long.

Imagine feeling so safe and strong during labour that you...

- use the shape and space of your birth place as your own. Yes, even in hospital. Yes, even on delivery suite.

- make choices and decisions based on your needs, not shoulds. Yes, even in high pressured scenarios. Yes, even when others are telling you what's 'best'.

- truly surrender by letting go of fears. Yes, even when a baby is moving through your pelvis. Yes, even when you haven't slept for two days.

- do the hardest thing, truly knowing that you can. Yes, even if this is your first.

Getting to this place doesn't happen by accident.
It takes slow, steady supported preparation that's personalised to you at every stage; as a doula, this is what I do.

Whether you do a power hour or an antenatal course, a workshop or have me at your birth, getting you to this place of safety and strength is my mission.

How I do it differs for every family I work with; that's why I work 1:1.

Yesterday morning was a total delight; pregnant crew, I'd really recommend looking into Cornwall Baby Store's membership option - there are SO many benefits!
