On Monday, the team had a great site meeting at Boscreez, firming up some of the finer detailing, which is where things start to get really exciting.

✨ A room designed around our client's vision. 🌼
Our client had one very specific request: green for the grass, blue for the sky, and white joinery to represent the daisy's petals.

We brought that vision to life in this bespoke dressing room and craft space, complete with a cosy window seat overlooking the garden and clever built-in storage throughout.

Every element of the joinery and interior was designed and built in-house, creating a space that's as practical as it is personal. 💚

SITE UPDATE – Orchard View, Newquay

Another great milestone reached at Orchard View, Newquay.

The exterior is really starting to come together, with more of the finishing details now being added. One of the standout features is the external blind system, which will play a key role in helping this passive house perform efficiently throughout every season.

Looking forward to sharing more progress as the project continues.

Introducing one of our latest completions – Pencoys. 🏡

This project transformed a bungalow into a beautiful two-storey home, carefully designed to support independent living without compromising on style.

Working closely with our client, we incorporated bespoke accessibility features including a hydraulic lift, height-adjustable kitchen sink, bedroom ventilation, and external ramp access. Every adaptation was thoughtfully integrated to create a home that is functional, future-proof, and tailored to their lifestyle.

We had such a lovely evening at Skinner's Brewery celebrating our amazing team. 🍻
It was great to get everyone together, have a laugh, and spend some time outside of work. Lots of smiles, good chats, and a really lovely atmosphere. The perfect way to build relationships and enjoy each other's company.

* Finishing Groundworkers
* Groundworkers
* General Builders

Experience required:

* Minimum 7 years’ experience working on high-end residential projects.
* Proven experience laying large-format porcelain paving to a premium standard.
* Brick paving and edging.
* Coping stones.
* Natural stonework.
* Attention to detail is essential – we’re looking for tradespeople who take pride in producing exceptional work.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 7 years’ experience
✔ Own tools
✔ Full UK driving licence and own transport
✔ Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a high specification
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a professional team

The team are down at North Parade in Falmouth making the most of the sunshine while cracking on with the job. It's weeks like these that remind you why we love working across Cornwall.
