Another extension and garage conversion completed for a returning customer.
The work consisted of removing the old conservatory, digging out new stepped foundations to a depth of 2.1m due to a willow tree within 10m, connecting and installing new drainage, brick/blockwork, Insulated timber joist floor, installing 2 steels and knocking through to the house, installing a warm flat roof with a lantern, removing the garage doors, building brick/ blockwork with a cavity and installing a window to make the garage a utility room.
All works completed to a high standard and signed off by building control.
It was a pleasure to work for the family again on another one of there projects.

House refurbishment completed.
This job included the removal of the chimney breast throughout, minor structural works, the relocation of the bathroom into an existing bedroom and single room toilet, the removal of the existing bathroom to create a big master bedroom with built in wardrobes, renewal of windows, doors and relocation of internal and external doors, To install a downstairs bathroom with a built in utility, To create a bespoke storage room, To remove and install a new kitchen, To install new flooring throughout all including new electrics and plumbing.

Everything signed off by building control and very happy customers.

It was a pleasure to complete the work for such an amazing couple

So behind on post updates. Here is a kitchen relocation and utility install we undertook for a great couple. We went back to brick throughout, had to install a steel, re support the whole roof structure installed 2 big veluxs, created new openings for widows and doors, new waste pipework, Insulated plasterboard and plastered and installed the new kitchen and utility including electrics and plumbing. Before during and after pics, all signed off by building control

Extension, garage conversion, steel installations and gate pillars we have recently completed.
For this project we installed steels internally to knock through into the garage to enlarge the kitchen area and an opening into the extension. We also created a gated entrance to the property with pillars and iron gates. The foundations to the extension were 2.2m deep with heave protection installed due to the willow tree being in close proximity to the extension. All completed and signed off by building control.

We haven't posted for a while and will be sending out our updates on our recently completed projects.

Here we have an existing toilet and storage cuboard made into a downstairs bathroom to incorporate a new shower area.
