Cleanroom pass-through hatches allow materials, equipment and products to be transferred between different areas without personnel needing to enter or exit the cleanroom each time.

This helps to:

🔹 Reduce unnecessary door openings and personnel movement
🔹 Minimise the risk of introducing airborne contamination
🔹 Support pressure control between adjoining areas
🔹 Improve workflow and the movement of materials
🔹 Maintain separation between controlled and less-controlled environments.

Pass-throughs can also incorporate features such as mechanical or electronic door interlocking, helping ensure both doors cannot be opened at the same time.

They're just one of the many details that contribute to a well-designed controlled environment.

Last weekend, the Airology team headed to Tewkesbury Park to celebrate a very special milestone… 30 years of Airology Systems! 🥂

A fantastic weekend of golf, spa time, great food and plenty of laughs, bringing the team together to celebrate everything we’ve achieved over the last three decades.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the Airology journey over the years, from our team and suppliers to our clients and partners.

Another cleanroom project completed ✅

Great to see the finished result from a recent project delivered by Airology Systems as part of a wider facility development.

Our works included the installation of dedicated air conditioning systems, H14 HEPA filtration and pressure monitoring, along with commissioning, air balancing and final validation to the agreed cleanroom classifications.

A fantastic finished space and another great example of a complete controlled environment solution delivered by the Airology team.
