We were called out to this property after the customer discovered a leak coming through into the bedroom

Once we opened up the affected area, we found the old felt had deteriorated and was no longer doing its job.

But the roof didn’t need replacing. ✅

Instead, we carried out a targeted roof repair, saving the customer the unnecessary cost of a complete reroof.

🔨 Stripped back the affected section
💧 Installed new breathable roofing membrane
🪵 Fitted new treated battens
✅ Installed new eaves support trays
♻️ Reused the existing roof tiles where possible
🧱 Replaced any broken tiles as required
🍂 Cleaned out the gutters while we were there
✅ Roof made watertight again

Another roof brought back to life by our team! 🔨

On this recent job, we found that the underside of the existing roofing felt had perished and needed replacing.

✅ Removed the old, perished felt.

✅ Installed new treated timber battens.

✅ Fitted a new breathable roofing membrane.

✅ Re-tiled the roof using the customer's existing tiles.

✅ Repaired the damaged fascia, which had started to drop.

✅ Realigned the guttering to ensure everything was sitting correctly.

The result? A properly renewed roof with a fresh breathable membrane, secure battens, repaired fascia and correctly aligned guttering, all while reusing the existing tiles.
