The World Cup may have come to an end but our team at Wigston Meadows are still celebrating after taking the top spot in our ‘On the Ball’ Health and Safety initiative that ran throughout the tournament 🏆

“This campaign was implemented to be more than just a push on reporting; it was about reinforcing RM’s strong safety culture at every level of the business.

We have continued to receive entries from the initiative, after the closing date, which is a real plus in terms of showing the care across all departments and sites, making sure we celebrate the things we are doing really well, and quickly address where improvements can be made.

New project underway in 🚀

Our Midlands team recently secured this latest scheme with new client to the region, who are bringing new homes to Lichfield.

With the plot works for 111 units keeping us busy we hope to make plenty of progress over the summer months, as this community begins to take shape 🏠

New site award in 📍

We’re delighted to have secured a new scheme with valued client South Midlands at Salden Place with works already underway.

Continuing our long-standing relationship with the Redrow Homes team in this region, the project consists of 144 units and associated roads and sewers works 🧱

With a quick turnaround we aim to make a strong, positive start during the early stages of this project.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week and we’re celebrating the apprentices here at and shining a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships have on individuals and businesses 👏

With apprentices placed across our business gaining hands on experience and training both on site and across our offices we offer opportunities in Groundworks Operations, Business Administration, Accounts, HR, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Plant Mechanics.

We recognise the value of programmes and their ability to strengthen our workforce whist providing a clear path to success 🛣️
