EXCLUSIVE Soon to be on the market, our project on Wentworth. After completing the internal finishes and now removing the scaffold to reveal the exquisite facade finishing, Pine Trees is going to be available at the start of September for viewings.

Watch this space, and keep an eye on Winkworth and Savills who will be the agents. The launch will be something to behold.

Site update – despite the wet weather conditions over the last few weeks, we have had some exceptional progress on our little Tring project at Astrope.

We now have the driveway areas formed, block paving is soon to start and then we will commence gravel to the main entrance.
Internally, the works are really starting to take shape in the final 3 plots - one of the bathrooms here shows the high-end finishes we can achieve.

Soft landscaping will start with the warmer weather in March and then these properties are really going to stun the new owners.

We have had lots of interest in all of these properties and it won’t be long until they are all snapped up

Since Christmas, we have had a great push on our rural retreat project in Hertfordshire. Seeing as the housing market is also looking more and more promising, it’s timed in very well so we can take great pride in releasing these stunning four bedroom houses in rural Tring to the market.

We can finally start to show them off a bit!

Progress update in Park Avenue North

We are in the final throes of completion with tiling complete, sanitaryware mainly installed and decorations almost there.

We have a very stringent snagging process to deliver the exceptional quality we can produce which we will start tomorrow using our software. We have set inspections we complete internally before we hand to our clients to do their final checks.

Progress update -

Our flagship project is coming along very well, helped by the lovely weather we are having. Blockwork is complete on the first lift, and scaffold to be installed shortly.

We are constructing in a way that some have questioned, in that we are already forming watertight spaces in the basement (and soon the ground floor) which means a slower superstructure progress but the internals (like Electrical and Mechanical) can start sooner. Even with no roof on, we plan to start those internals trades in the next 4-6 weeks.

Feels as though we are building backwards, but we are always trying to think of new ways to do things to improve the process.

Happy birthday to us!

30 years ago today we became incorporated on companies house, we've gone from developing luxury homes in Harpenden and St Albans to building our very own 13,500sqft development on the Wentworth estate.
