15/18 hours, ideally split over three days a week.
Main duties include:
- keeping accounts up to date and prepared for Accountant at year end
- inputting and despatching quotes / sales invoices
- reconciling supplier accounts and making payments
- processing monthly CIS returns and quarterly VAT returns
- running weekly / monthly payroll
- maintaining fleet vehicle records and arranging MOT’s, servicing and insurance
Okay adhoc office administration
- ideally proficient with Quickbooks accounting and payroll software, excel and word
Pay dependant on experience circa £15/hr
