We have a Birthday in the house today. Nathan turns 22 today! He’s been with us for two years, and in that time has not only grown in confidence but in his skill set also. Praise isn’t often handed out enough to young men, but Nathan deserves all of it. This isn’t just a job to him, it’s become a real passion, and you can tell every day he comes to work with a smile on his face. He’s found his feet and much like myself 22 years ago, has found a direction in life. He’s a real success story and we are all really proud of him.

Before and After…… A few more shots from our newly created Three Mile Cross Garden project. The design incorporates a large hexagonal shelter positioned into an angled corner as the main focal point. To either side, raised planters with pleached laurel and an underplanting of ferns. Softwood battened screening throughout, with cream ‘oro’ porcelain…

An outdoor kitchen will be constructed next month under the shelter, with lots of new furniture and pots to decorate this space.
