🔥 RECENT HEATING PROJECT

We recently completed a heating upgrade at a local care home, replacing the existing boiler and gas-fired hot water cylinder with a modern, high-efficiency heating and hot water system.

The installation included:

✔ 2 × Vaillant ecoFIT pure 30kW system boilers
✔ Vaillant low-loss header
✔ Joule Cyclone High Gain 400-litre unvented cylinder
✔ Complete removal of the existing boiler and gas-fired cylinder
✔ New system designed to improve efficiency and hot water performance

The new system provides the care home with a more efficient and reliable heating and hot water solution, helping to reduce energy consumption and running costs for years to come.

At Jennings Heating & Plumbing, we undertake both domestic and commercial heating installations, from boiler replacements to complete heating system upgrades.

Bathroom Renovation – Tilehurst ⬇️

This Tilehurst bathroom was completely transformed by rethinking both the layout and the services. By relocating the existing boiler and hot water cylinder and installing a new Vaillant combi boiler in the loft, we unlocked the full potential of the space.✨

The redesigned layout now features both a separate bath and a sleek shower enclosure, delivering everyday practicality without compromising on luxury. Finished with brushed gold fittings and rich green tiles, the result is a sophisticated, high-end bathroom that feels spacious, elegant, and built to last.

This project is a great example of how smart planning, quality products, and expert installation can dramatically improve both the look and functionality of your home.🛁👨‍🔧

A recent plant room, part of huge project we undertook in the later part of 2025 for a builder. An original 4 bed 2 bathroom house, changed to 3 story, 6 bath and 6 bedroom, with external plant room.
House is running on 2 x 8kw Air Source Heat Pumps, 400 litre unvented cylinder. Unfortunately the house only has 1.5 bar pressure to the property, so in order to run all showers at once a Variable speed Powertank has been installed supplying the property with 3bar, 60 litres per minute if required , ensuring all 6 showers can be used at once.

Underfloor heating on the bottom floor, radiators on the next 2 with towel rails in each of the bathrooms. 28mm heating circuit run to each radiator to ensure the flow and return temperature stayed at the required delta T differential. All pipework insulated to ensure minimum heat loss and pressure tested at 8 bar to check all joints.
