75m² of preparation, precision & porcelain. 🔨
Recently completed — 75m² of 1200 × 200mm wood-effect porcelain, with a serious amount of work going into the floor before a single tile was laid.
With no access for a screed lorry and significant levels to make up, the preparation included:
• 204 bags of fibre-reinforced deep-fill latex — 3 × 30mm pours
• 30mm PREMTOOL backer board — kitchen/dining
• 20mm PREMTOOL backer board — living area
• Levels achieved to within 1mm - 2mm throughout
• Ditra matting + electric UFH
• 2 recessed mat wells with mitred trim detailing
• Finished with 1200 × 200mm wood-effect porcelain
A huge amount of preparation underneath to achieve a seamless finish across the entire floor. 👌
