Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd is currently recruiting for three permanent, directly employed engineering positions:
- Ventilation Engineer
- Multi-Trade Operative
- Plumber
Based in Theale, Berkshire, we have been delivering mechanical maintenance and compliance services since 1998. Our teams support thousands of properties across housing, healthcare, education and commercial environments throughout the South of England.
We are looking for experienced, professional people who take pride in their work and understand the importance of treating residents, clients and colleagues with consideration and respect.
VENTILATION ENGINEER
Planned servicing, testing and remedial works on extract ventilation and MVHR systems across large housing portfolios. The role involves working methodically, maintaining accurate job records and communicating directly with residents in occupied homes.
MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE
A plumbing-led position primarily involving bathroom repairs and replacements. Typical works may include replacing baths and sanitaryware, completing tiling and carrying out the associated making-good work required to leave bathrooms finished to a good standard.
PLUMBER
A varied plumbing role covering repairs, replacements, upgrades and remedial works across social housing, care settings and commercial properties. The workload may also include damp and mould remedial works and Legionella-related remedials.
All three positions require a full UK driving licence and are subject to an Enhanced DBS check. Depending on the position, participation in our out-of-hours call-out rota may also be required.
