In Purley on Thames, a very nice elderly lady customer made me a nice cup of coffee ☕️ & gave me a plate of biscuits 🍪 while I fixed her lock. So I quickly fixed another door issue for free! What goes around comes around 😁

Lots of work carried out on Composite & PVCU doors & multi-point locks nowadays & much less common to upgrade locks on timber doors. Especially Rebated French Doors & Stable Doors. 🙂.

The hot weather & sunshine is bringing out the best in my customers. 🌞 Just got another lovely review for the work I do! 😊

It’s nice to get another appreciative review.
But unfortunately the customer had previously been the victim of a rogue trader, who had drastically over charged & not fixed the lock issue.
I’ve been able to put things right & installed a new lock to the customer’s PVCU Sliding Door, so all is now well.
Be careful who you choose, people.

Well it’s one of the hottest days of the year & I’ve had 2 customers with jammed window locks. Getting them open was a bit uncomfortable, with the sun pitching in. Failed lock mechs & worn friction stays replaced. Time for a break & a cold shower, me thinks 💭 🤔
