🧠 With Men’s Mental Health Month Coming to an End it’s important to remember that the conversation shouldn’t stop here — especially in the trade industry.
In our world, it’s easy to get caught up in long days, tight deadlines, tough environments, and the pressure to “just crack on.”
But behind the tools, the vans, and the graft are real people who sometimes struggle more than they let on.
👷♂️ Tradesmen are known for being strong — but strength isn’t staying silent.
Strength is talking.
Strength is checking in.
Strength is admitting when the load feels heavy.
In the electrical and wider trade community, we work hard, we juggle a lot, and we often put ourselves last.
So even though this awareness month is ending, let’s keep the message alive:
✔️ Check on your mates
✔️ Make time for yourself
✔️ Speak up if you’re struggling
✔️ Remember that mental health is as important as physical safety
