🚽 Sometimes the problem isn’t the toilet… it’s what’s behind the wall.

This property had constant blockages and leaks caused by a poorly installed original soil and waste system.

Rather than keep treating the symptoms, we tackled the cause.

🔧 New soil stack installed
🔧 All waste pipework completely rerouted
🔧 Each toilet now correctly connected into the stack
🔧 No more badly configured connections causing repeated blockages

🚲 Apparently, tradesmen should be using bikes instead of vans…

So here’s my new setup. 😂

Just need to figure out how to fit the Vaillant boiler, Milwaukee tools, ladder, copper, fittings and about 300kg of kit on the back.

Easy. 🤣

🔥 Now THAT’S a radiator upgrade!

These old skirting radiators had definitely seen better days… and they weren’t exactly winning any awards for efficiency either! 😂

So, out they came 👋

We altered the existing pipework and installed new radiators to give this heating system a much-needed upgrade.

✅ Old inefficient skirting rads removed
✅ Pipework altered
✅ New radiators installed
✅ Cleaner, more modern finish
✅ More effective heat where it’s needed

One of those jobs where you really notice the difference once it’s finished. 👌
