• disc cut square/rectangle around the defect

• break out and excavate and clean out and remove al debris from site

• pour on the bottom a tack coating bonding agent

• supply and lay hot heavy duty dense tarmacadam

• vibrate all with heavy-duty power roller to finish

• dry edges with a burner

• seal all edges with hot bitumen joint sealer
