🔩I installed this boiler for a customer 2years ago; converted from conventional to combi system. I returned for its second service today, looking good and working perfectly.

🔧Annual servicing is a vital health check for your boiler and helps prevent things going wrong and the need for repairs further down the line.
A boiler that isn’t working properly needs a repair not a service!

A customer had moved into a property with no central heating. I installed this high efficiency Vaillant combi boiler and all new radiators, giving the house back plenty of warmth!

Last week this job was completed; we removed the old inefficient floor standing boiler and replaced with a Vaillant 24KW. Removed the old asbestos tank in the loft and replaced with a new cold water storage tank. Huge benefits for the customer creating more storage space in the loft and saving them on their energy bills with a high efficiency boiler. Customer was very happy!

Powerflushing your heating system removes sludge build up in pipes, caused by a chemical reaction between the metals. Magnetite is the black substance which is formed when air and water react with the ferrous metals such as radiators and deposits create this sludge.

I flushed this customers system, adding an inhibitor to help protect the boiler going forward.

If you have cold spots on your radiators, or feel you heating is not hot enough you could well be in need of this to get things clear again.

Installed this Vaillant Ecotec Pure 418 in a customers house last week. A new high efficiency boiler replacing the old - which will save the customer money on gas bills, and ensure their home is properly heated during winter.
