Garage Conversion in Spencers Wood: From Storage Space to Air-Conditioned Leisure & Home Gym 🏋️‍♂️✨

Always a pleasure back working for repeat clients! We took this cluttered garage space and completely transformed it into a versatile, climate-controlled leisure room, workout space, and functional utility area.

What we did:

Complete Strip-Out: Cleared out the old racking, partitions, and clutter down to the shell.

New Ceiling & Loft Access: Built a new ceiling complete with integrated LED coffered ambient lighting, spot lighting, ceiling cassette air conditioning, and a loft hatch for overhead storage access.

Insulation & Drylining: Insulated the floor, plasterboarded walls and ceiling, and finished with a fresh skim of plaster.

LVT Flooring: Fitted warm wood-effect LVT flooring throughout the main space, built out with heavy-duty matting for the workout zone.

Corner Utility Station: Built out a modern navy utility corner complete with sink, solid oak worktops, overhead storage, and washing machine.

Now equipped for gym sessions, music practice, and everyday utility—all in total comfort year-round!

Another transformation wrapped up, this time over in Burghfield! 🛠️✨

Always a pleasure to be back working for a returning client! We recently completed a full makeover of this en-suite bathroom in Spencers Wood to give it a fresh, sleek look.

What we updated:

Modern Shower Setup: Swapped out the old shower enclosure and white tray for a contemporary walk-in feel featuring dark tiling accents and chrome fittings.

Floating Vanity & Toilet: Upgraded to a floating vanity unit with stylish dark drawers and a clean wall-hung WC with a sleek flush plate.

Storage Niche: Built a custom recessed wall niche with dual shelving for a clean, practical storage solution.

Tiling & Finishing: Fresh wall tiling combined with dark floor tiles and chrome towel heating to tie the whole space together.

Units: Howdens Bridgmere range in Linen, styled with classic cup handles and k***s.

Worktops: Warm solid oak block worktops, featuring a clean undermount ceramic sink in the main run and a matching solid oak counter in the utility nook.

Space Creation: Knocked down the partition wall to create an open-plan layout complete with a central peninsula and island extractor hood.
