Reading RFC is raising funds through Go Fund Me for vital repairs to its clubhouse.

Despite donations and committee organisation there is a significant shortfall on funds needed due to unforeseen costs incurred during these works and failure to raise this could result in the closure of the club for good!

Reading is a community rugby club based in Sonning, on the outskirts of Reading, offering rugby for all ages and abilities, with a rich history and a focus on inclusivity; it was established in 1898!

Introduced its women’s section in 1990 and has produced players of great standard, who have and continue to compete at premiership and international level.

Reading RFC is a club that has proudly forged the way in keeping Rugby Union in step with the needs of the local communities in Berkshire. The groundbreaking ‘firsts’ the club has achieved have genuinely changed lives for people who previously had no opportunity to engage in the sport of Rugby Union and its unique ethos.

RRFC is the first club in Berkshire to introduce Mixed Ability Rugby.

To lose the club with such history and such inclusiveness for the local community would be devastating to so many players and their families.

Reading RFC are asking for help, big or small towards our target to help keep this club and its community alive!

Haven't posted in a little while due to being so busy helping all of my fantastic customers out. From fitting boilers, adding new radiators, upgrading heating controls and thermostats. And not forgetting the servicing to maintain the efficiency and safety of your appliances.
