Works were pretty much finished a couple of weeks ago ago on my part.

All steels in and finished

Brickwork finished

All that’s remaining for myself is a small knock through and some remedial work once the scaffolding comes down

It’s been an interesting job and thoroughly enjoyed it

Nearly to wall plate now, had a few wet days and a week off whilst waiting for the floors to be installed.

Another big steel going in next week and then the mezzanine floor to be put in place before installing the remaining four steels and building the gable end

Unfortunately there’s a small delay with the remaining steel as it needs to be galvanised so cannot progress just yet

Bottom floor will be a drive through to connect to the rear garage.

First floor two bedrooms, maybe one depending on what the client decides later on.

Top floor will be a mezzanine

Strange layout and roughly 12 steels in total throughout the job.

Looking forward to getting to the first floor next week and installing some steels

Job boxed off about a month ago, missing a few photos. There was some extra work to the rear for a patio as well
