Last Friday the SGS Energy team headed to Grove Ferry with Canoe Wild for a team-building afternoon out on the water. 🚣‍♂️

Plenty of laughs, some questionable steering, and everyone made it back to shore… mostly dry.

📢 SGS Energy is hiring an experienced electrician to join our growing renewables installation team.

📍 Manston, Kent
🕘 Full-time | Monday to Friday

You’ll work on installations including:

☀️ Solar PV systems
🔋 Battery storage
🔥 tepeo Zero Emission Boilers (ZEBs)
🚗 EV chargers

What you’ll need:

✅ 5+ years’ relevant experience
✅ 18th Edition qualification
✅ Level 3 NVQ in electrical installation
✅ City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing
✅ A full, clean UK driving licence

Solar PV, battery storage and EV charger qualifications are preferable.

• The Boiler Upgrade Scheme is increasing from £7,500 to £9,000 for eligible homes.

• From 1 October 2026, electricity VAT is set to fall to 0%, helping reduce running costs even further.
