A new unvented cylinder installation completed by Harry as part of an ongoing property renovation.

Another installation completed by our engineer Harry, this time fitting a new unvented hot water cylinder.

As these photos show, there’s much more to an installation than simply putting the new cylinder in place. The pipework and connections all form an important part of getting the complete system installed correctly.

A great job by Harry, with plenty of attention to detail throughout.

Three transformations. 🛁🚿🚽
The final room.

We’ve shared the bathroom and ensuite, and today we’re completing our three-part transformation with the cloakroom.

It may be the smallest of the three rooms, but the difference is huge.

The original cloakroom has been completely transformed with large-format tiling throughout, contemporary fittings, a new vanity, illuminated mirror and a much cleaner, more modern use of the space.

This brings to an end a seven-week project that saw our team transform all three rooms in Nigel and Ruth’s home.

And after all that work, the most important verdict was theirs:
“Finally, we love our new bathrooms. Our thanks again to everybody involved at CS Heating and HPS Sittingbourne.”

A fantastic project to be involved with and a huge well done to Jon for the skill and care he put into bringing all three rooms together.

And thank you to Nigel and Ruth for trusting us with their home and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review.

One home. Three transformations. Part Two.

Yesterday we shared the first room from Nigel and Ruth’s three-room project. Today, it’s the turn of the ensuite.

It’s another complete transformation, making much better use of the space with large-format tiling, a contemporary vanity, illuminated mirror and a completely new look throughout.

Jon spent seven weeks working in Nigel and Ruth’s home to complete all three rooms, and their comments about him were particularly lovely to receive:

“He worked so hard and with great expertise during that time to deliver our vision. He sought advice and views from us when required to advance the project, and at all times kept us fully up-to-speed on progress and relevant developments.”

And perhaps our favourite part:
“Jon was the perfect guest and it was always a treat to see his cheerful face first thing in the morning. We shall miss him!”🤩

When you’re trusting someone to work in your home for several weeks, we know that the experience matters just as much as the finished result. Well done, Jon.

One home. Three transformations. 🛁
We’ve been looking forward to sharing this project.

Our customers, Nigel and Ruth, asked us to completely transform three rooms in their home: the main bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom.

We’re starting with the bathroom, and what a transformation.

Dave worked with Nigel and Ruth on the initial plans and design, with Martin and Lottie at HPS Sittingbourne helping them to choose the bathroom furniture, tiles and finishes. Then it was over to our engineer Jon to bring everything together.

The result is a completely new space, with beautiful large-format tiling, contemporary fittings, clever recessed storage and a fantastic new bath.

And, most importantly, Nigel and Ruth loved the result:
“The project to rebuild our three bathrooms was superbly managed and delivered.”
A huge thank you to them for trusting us with such a significant project in their home.

A recent project for our Commercial team at St Andrew’s Church in Broadstairs.
Six ageing gas fires were replaced with new, more efficient DRU appliances, along with Hive smart controls to give the church much better control over how and when the building is heated.

Our in-house team took care of the gas and electrical work, installation, commissioning and making good, with particular care taken to work sympathetically within the church interior.

The result? More reliable heating, smarter control and improved efficiency for this much-used local building.

Another great local project completed by the CS Commercial team. 👏

Got a white hot water cylinder?

It’s probably an unvented cylinder which requires servicing every 12 months to stay safe, efficient and compliant.

The CS Heating engineer will carry out a full assessment to:

🔵Check the installation conforms to Part G3 of the Building Regulations
🔵Check that all the temperature controls are operational
🔵Check that all pressure controls and relief valves are operating correctly
🔵Inspect of all key safety devices
🔵Make an assessment of general cylinder condition.
