We have relocated to the west country and unfortunately will no longer be covering any future works in Kent but only in the south west. Another roofing project completed for Monkton Nature Reserve this week, this time it was installing a new roof to a metal container. Moss removed, timber roof structure built and finished before the rain.

*4x2 timber roof structure built, 18mm T&G OSb3 boarding.
*20 year guarantee issued on completion.

Despite the showers this week, we managed to get this flat roof completed. Existing roof lanterns remained in place whilst former failing fibreglass flat roof was removed.

*Three layer high performance torch on felt system.
*New concrete copping stones.
*Removal of all rubble/debris from site.
*20 year guarantee issued on completion.

Original victorian slate roof stripped and new slate roof installed this week. Signed off by Building control. 10 year guarantee issued on completion.

*Breathable Membrane & Graded 25x50 roofing battens.
*Eave Protection Trays.
*Over fascia vents.
*Fibre/cement slates.
*Code 4 Leadworks to parapet walls/Chimney Stack.
*Concrete ridge tiles fixed to BS 5534 with dry fix vented system.
*All rubbish cleared from site.
