A really nice mix of work on this one, tackling a number of external issues including high ground levels, drainage, brickwork and areas of moisture affecting the property.

The works included:

✅ Patch re-pointing to areas of the brickwork
✅ Crack stitching and masonry repairs
✅ New guttering and downpipe
✅ Downpipe connected into a newly installed ACO drainage channel
✅ General external repairs and making good
✅ Improvements to the drainage around the property to help manage surface water and reduce the risk of further moisture pe*******on

A really satisfying little project, and the finished result has made a big difference to the property. 👌

This recent job involved removing the existing floor covering, preparing the concrete substrate and applying a specialist epoxy resin moisture barrier to help prevent moisture transmission through the slab.

This conservatory had suffered a roof leak which damaged the wallpaper.

We repaired the leak, allowed everything to dry out, removed the damaged wallpaper, prepared the wall and applied a new wallpaper patch, before reinstating the radiator.

Another project completed by PAD Builders.

Starting with an empty area, we carried out all the groundwork to create a durable base for the customer’s new garden retreat.

Our work included:

✅ Site clearance and excavation
✅ Ground preparation and levelling
✅ Timber shuttering and formwork
✅ Steel mesh reinforcement
✅ Reinforced concrete base
✅ Decorative shell edging cast into the concrete
✅ Construction and installation of the summer house
