PART 2: So here is the result, very happy with the finished product. I was provided with a request for one for a someone's family member who is a plumber and given a free rein hence the miniature bathroom , toilet chain addition and the copper pipe decoration. So I rescued this hall table/ desk from the clutches of the tip and breathed new life into it. Really pleased with the outcome as the previous owner had smothered it in a stain varnish including the handles! It was in a pretty bad way but now restored to former glory !
