A busy few weeks on our Morfa Nefyn extension & renovation project! 🏡🔨

There’s been plenty happening on site, with the timber frame extension taking shape to the front of the property, while inside we’ve been getting the floors ready with insulated slab and underfloor heating.

We’ve also poured the liquid screed, fitted the new staircase and progressed with plasterboarding and plastering throughout — really starting to see the transformation come together.

Another project taking shape in Morfa nefyn! 🔨

We’re making great progress on this project which includes a single-storey timber frame extension, a full renovation of the existing property, and an additional front extension.

We’ve made and erected the timber frames, followed by the installation of the RSJ to support the flat roof structure. From there, the flat roof joists were fitted before completing a warm roof system, finished with a durable GRP roofing system.

The timber frame has also been insulated externally, & counter-battened ready for the cladding to be installed, bringing the project one step closer to completion.

Internal works complete on this barn renovation now left ready for decoration before floors throughout and kitchen fit !...

We’ve dug out for the two extensions on this property in Morfa nefyn and poured our structural slabs ready for the timber frame extension’s to be built off 🔨

Other works on this project will include a renovation & remodelling of the existing property where we will move the location of the staircase to improve the layout and expose vaulted ceiling in some areas

What we’re looking for:
�• No experience required – full training will be provided�• Willingness to learn and develop new skills�• Positive attitude and good work ethic essential�• Ability to work well as part of a small team�• Full driving licence preferred but not essential
Work includes:�• Learning all aspects of plastering work�• Assisting with renovation and extension projects�• General building and maintenance work�• A variety of domestic projects across the local area

Renovations works being carried out on this old stone barn to give it a new lease of life.

We’ve had to strip off the old roof and drop large parts of the stone work due to the condition being so deteriorated.
We’ve now rebuilt the stone walls in keeping with the original style/stone and fitted a new structural roof which has been slated.

Internal works are well under way with the floor joists installed and stud walls being put up 🔨
