Same trusted company. Fresh new look. 🔥
Over the past few years, our ambitious growth plans and unique position within the industry have driven significant change across the business. We felt it was the right time for our brand to reflect everything we now offer, with the launch of our new logo.
While staying true to our roots and core business, the new design tells the story of who we are today:
Naturally we had to reflect our Traffic Light division with the Red, Amber and Green.. 🚦
Those three coloured blocks also represent our three key divisions:

🟨 Sales
🟩 Manufacturing
What started as a single depot in East Anglia, hiring portable traffic lights, has grown dramatically. In just five years, we’ve expanded to five depots operating nationwide with more to follow soon.
Over the last three years, we launched our Sales division, initially supplying a full range of traffic management equipment including cones, barriers and signs, before expanding into PPE and workwear.
And we haven’t stopped there…
This year, we’ve branched out further with our own Manufacturing division, backed by a major investment in state-of-the-art machinery, enabling us to produce high-quality signage for our customers.
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, but none of it would have been possible without all of our customers over the years and the hard work, dedication, expertise and commitment of our amazing team. So a massive thank you to everyone.

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Sales Ledger Administrator to join our busy accounts team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and finance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment, taking pride in attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts team.

This role is initially to cover maternity leave, however due to the ongoing growth of the business, it is highly likely to become a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising and processing invoices for hire jobs accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing the sales ledger and ensuring customer accounts are maintained correctly
• Oversee hire contract maintenance ensuring records are accurate and up to date
• Tracking and monitoring plant across all depots
• Resolving customer invoice queries professionally and efficiently
• Supporting month-end procedures and reporting
• Liaising with hire desk, operations, and customers to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Providing general administrative support to managers and teams, as required


Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales ledger, accounts assistant, or finance administration role
• Experience within the hire, traffic management, plant hire, or related industry would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software/systems preferred.
