What started as a product aimed at the TDV6 in the Discos, Range Rovers and Sports has proven to be the best upgrade worldwide in Fords and now these are off to a Jaguar independent.

Amazing how popular and versitle the Lion TDV6 engine was for so many manufacturers.

Just a selection of some of the parts going into the Series Spare Wheel Carrier Prototypes.

We love a bit of Stainless, Nickel Ali Bronze and Aluminium CNC precision machining.

There is only so much you can get from 3D CAD. Its not until you actually handle the parts that you fully understand if they are overkill in there design or just right for the job.

We can't wait to get the final parts back from finishing and then we can start the exciting part of building, fitting and testing.

The latest batch of TDv6 Cam pulleys have just been finished and these are all heading to a Ford Main Agent in the States!

We all know that the design and manufacturing of the JLR pulleys is poor and it is starting to appear that the newley redesigned Ford version is not holding up to well either.

Yes they might seem slightly more expensive when compared to the original equipment versions, mainly as we will only supply them as a complete kit. But what price do you put on a top end engine rebuild or even a full engine when the genuine parts fail over and over again???
