We recently completed a garage conversion for a lovely elderly couple who wanted to create a larger, more comfortable lounge to give them the space they needed for their piano and their love of music. 🎶

The existing garage was transformed into a beautiful extension of their living space, creating a much larger lounge while allowing the piano to take pride of place within the room.

From the initial planning through to completion, we worked closely with our customers to make sure the new space was practical, comfortable and suited perfectly to the way they enjoy their home.

They were extremely happy with the finished result and delighted with the additional space we have created for them.

It was a real pleasure to complete this project and help create a home that works better for them and, most importantly, gives them more room to enjoy the things they love.

Thank you for trusting LJF with your project 💙💛

Just been back to a recently completed full house refurbishment, including a side and rear extension.

A lot of work went into this project, and as you can see from the before and after pictures, the transformation is incredible! 🏡🔨

The clients were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole project, so it was only right that I paid them a final visit with an LJF hamper as a little thank you from us all at LJF. 🎁😎🙏🏻

Another project completed and another very happy client! 👌🏻

🎁 INTRODUCING OUR LJF CLIENT HAMPERS 🎁

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new LJF Developments client hampers, which are a small way of saying thank you to the clients who trust us with their homes and projects.

Each hamper has been carefully put together as a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, business and recommendations. 🤍

At LJF, we believe it’s not just about the work we do, but the relationships we build along the way.

Thank you for choosing LJF. 🥂

A little blooper at the end of Brickie, our mascot who wasn’t thrilled to find out he’d been contracted as a model - without any cheese to bribe him!

We recently took someone on from our last advert, but with the amount of work we’ve secured, we need another reliable and experienced bricklayer/builder 🙏🏻

📣We’re hiring! 📣

Looking for a highly experienced, multi-skilled builder to join the LJF Developments team.

This is NOT an entry-level role – we’re after someone who knows their trade inside and out.

Last day for Bell today. What an unreal grafter for his age.

In the three years he’s been with LJF Developments, he’s helped build six large houses, including the most recent at Windermere that I had the pleasure of sharing the line with him on, along with the hundreds of extensions and countless other projects we’ve completed together.

Hard work, loyalty and commitment like that deserve to be recognised, so we thought it was only right to reward him with a brick trophy 😄 something he’ll always have to remind him of his time at LJF.

Wishing you all the very best for the future Bell. 🤝💙💛

A leaving do .ashcroft & Bell won’t be forgetting anytime soon! 🍻 They’ve both played a huge part at LJF over the years, so a proper send-off was well deserved. Cracking night with a top bunch of lads. Big thanks to Venue462 for looking after us — brilliant hospitality and great food from start to finish. 💙💛
