Appointment Update

We are currently fully booked for September and October.

I've tried to make contact with all November rebooks. We have limited availability and any remaining appointments for November, will be released to all customers from this Friday lunchtime.

The office will be closed for two weeks from close of business this Friday (24th July 2026).

Due to the volume of calls we are receiving, we will be leaving the answer machine switched off. We will reopen on Monday 10th August 2026 and kindly ask that you give us a ti**le on our return. Thank you

Thank you to all our customers for your patience whilst we've been helping Buddy recover. We've had a lot of messages asking how he's getting on and we're happy to report his little legs are walking.

We've still a way to go, but here he is at his hydrotherapy session today. He hates water but the pâté makes it all worth while 😂
Once again, thank you for your understanding and always make sure your sausages are insured. Buddy wouldn't have had his surgeries or spa treatments without his 💙

Hi everyone,

We've had a bit of a week, sorry if we haven't been able to get back to you as quickly as usual.

Unfortunately our little pooch has had to undergo two spinal surgeries this week. He came home today and has a long recovery ahead. The hours/times that I'm working will be dependant on how he's coping each day, so please bear with us.

If you could please leave a message, we will pick it up and get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
