🏠 Flat Roof Transformation

This flat roof had been suffering from poor drainage and standing water, with the existing rubber roof allowing water to pool rather than run off correctly.

Rather than simply covering over the problem, we stripped the existing roof back and corrected it properly.

🔨 The work included:
• Removing the existing rubber roof
• Installing timber firring strips/battens to create the correct fall
• Reboarding the roof to provide a solid, even surface
• Installing a new rubber roofing system
• Finishing and sealing all edges and upstands for long-term protection

The result is a completely renewed flat roof with improved drainage and no more standing water ✅
