We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About Us:
Topline Pools and Wellness is a leading specialist in the design and build of bespoke swimming pools, spas, thermal rooms and wellness facilities.
The Role:
This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.
The post is ideal for a proactive individual seeking to build their career in administration within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
* Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
* Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Teams & Sharepoint
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
* Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Skills & Experience:
* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a keen eye for detail
* Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential
Salary:
From £12.71 per hour
